Sign in to claim Elite Assisted Living 3

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Elite Assisted Living 3’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
