Sign in to claim Cross Country Community Care

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Cross Country Community Care’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
