Sign in to claim Activcare at Mission Bay

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Activcare at Mission Bay’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
