Sign in to claim Clouds of Hope Caregiving Service

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Clouds of Hope Caregiving Service’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
