Sign in to claim Alpha Care One Assisted Living

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Alpha Care One Assisted Living’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
