Sign in to claim Parkplace Home Care

1. Enter your work email. We email you a sign-in link (no password).
2. The link brings you back to Parkplace Home Care’s claim page, where you tell us your role.
3. We call the facility’s listed phone number to confirm, usually within one business day.
